摘要
以中国知网数据库中2000年1月—2018年8月的948篇旅游公共服务文献为样本,通过文献数量、主要研究学科、文献发表作者及其单位、文献所属刊物以及利用CiteSpace软件进行的主题、研究趋势等计量分析,发现旅游公共服务研究亟待加强。研究内容上,理论构建不足;对于体系构架的建设还未形成共鸣;研究的覆盖面较为局限;研究方法比较单一,采用非量化手段研究多,定量采取较少。研究据此提出在全域旅游背景下,旅游公共服务的发展应加快推进体系建构,完善体制机制,实现旅游公共服务的全域发展,更好地应对当前旅游发展的新趋势。
This paper conducts a quantitative analysis of the 948 papers included by January, 2000-August, 2018 CNKI Database in terms of number, disciplines, authors and their workplace, periodicals as well as subjects and trends obtained through CiteSpace. The results show that tourism public service research needs to be strengthened: theoretical construction is insufficient based on content analysis;there is a lack of consensus in the aspect of system construction;research coverage is limited;and research methods are mostly qualitative. Based on the analysis, the study suggests that the development of tourism public services should accelerate system construction in the context of holistic tourism, and improve the operation mechanism so as to better respond to the current new trends of tourism development.
