摘要
目的对血管外科临床见习学生实施PBL联合LBL教学模式的应用效果进行探讨,总结教学经验。方法随机选取200例血管外科见习生,均为我院血管外科2017年9月—2018年9月接收,将其均分为两组,依次实施PBL联合LBL教学模式和单纯LBL教学模式,每组100例见习生,对比教学效果,评估不同教学模式的应用价值。结果不同见习组学生实施不同教学模式,理论知识成绩和实践操作成绩方面,观察组均较对照组高,组间差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PBL联合LBL教学模式不但提高见习生的理论知识水平,也提高了实践操作能力,总体教学质量良好。
Objective To discuss the application effect of PBL combined with LBL teaching mode for clinical probationers of vascular surgery,summarize the experience in teaching.Methods 200 cases of vascular surgery probationers were randomly selected from September 2017 to September 2018 in our hospital.They were divided into two groups.PBL combined with LBL teaching mode and single LBL teaching mode were implemented successively.100 cases of probationers in each group were compared with the teaching effect,and the application and popularization value of different teaching modes were evaluated.Results The students of different probationary groups implemented different teaching modes,and the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with LBL teaching mode not only improves the theoretical knowledge level of the trainees,but also improves the practical operation ability.The overall teaching quality is good.
