摘要
目的:探讨加味天麻钩藤饮配合尼莫地平治疗神经性头痛的可行性。方法:选择2015年1月-2017年10月笔者所在医院收治的126例神经性头痛患者,依照患者的治疗药物的差异将其分为对照组(n=63)与试验组(n=63),对照组施以尼莫地平治疗,试验组施以加味天麻钩藤饮配合尼莫地平治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗前后的头痛发作次数与持续时间,以及不良反应发生情况与复发情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者的头痛发作次数与持续时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组的头痛发作次数明显较少,持续时间明显缩短,并且试验组的临床治疗总有效率为95.24%,明显高于对照组的69.84%,不良反应发生率与复发率分别为4.76%与6.35%,明显低于对照组的33.33%与39.68%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味天麻钩藤饮配合尼莫地平治疗神经性头痛具有较大的可行性,不仅能够提升患者的临床治疗效果,减少头痛发作次数,缩短持续时间,还能够有效降低不良反应发生率与复发率。
Objective:To explore the feasibility of Jiawei Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with Nimodipine in the treatment of neuropathic headache. Method:From January 2015 to October 2017,126 patients with neurological headache were selected in our hospital.According to the difference of treatment drugs,they were divided into the control group(n=63) and the experimental group(n=63).The control group received Nimodipine treatment.The experimental group received Jiawei Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with Nimodipine.The clinical treatment effect,the number and duration of headache attacks before and after treatment,and the occurrence and recurrence of adverse reactions were observed.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the number and duration of headache episodes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the number of headache episodes in the experimental group was significantly less,the duration was significantly shortened,and the clinical treatment of the experimental group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than 69.84% of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were 4.76% and 6.35%,respectively,which were significantly lower than 33.33% and 39.68% of the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with Nimodipine is more feasible for the treatment of neuropathic headache.It can not only improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,reduce the number of headache attacks,shorten the duration,but also effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate.
