摘要
温度控制普遍存在于日常生活、工业生产各个方面,随着科技技术的不断发展,对温度的实时控制要也求越来越高。文中使用PLC S7-200可编程逻辑控制器及TEC1-12706半导体制冷片,设计了一种温度自动控制系统。PLC读取DS18B20温度传感器采集的温度数据,将采集的实际温度数据与设定温度数据进行比较,并根据计算结果驱动外围电路进行制冷或加热,实现温度的自动控制。实验结果表明,该基于PLC的温度自动控制系统能够实现温度数据的采集、传输和温度的调节,具有一定的实用价值。
Temperature control is common in all aspects of daily life and industrial production. With the continuous development of technology, the request for real-time control of temperature is higher and higher. This paper designs a temperature automatic control system base on PLC S7-200 programmable logic controller and TEC1 -12706 semiconductor refrigeration chip. PLC reads the temperature data collected by the DS18B20 temperature sensor, compares the collected actual temperature data with the preset temperature data, and drives the peripheral circuit for cooling or heating according to the calculation result to realize automatic temperature control. The experimental results show that the automatic control system of temperature base on PLC can achieves the collection and transmission of temperature data and adjusts temperature. It has certain practical value.
