摘要
发展农村教育,教师是关键。改革开放特别是党的十八大以来,我们党和政府始终把农村中小学教师队伍建设摆在优先发展的战略位置,农村中小学教师队伍建设取得了前所未有的成就。但总体上看,农村中小学教师总体短缺、结构不合理,一些地区教师待遇低、培训机会不足,职业吸引力不够,"下不去、留不住、教不好"的问题仍很突出。因此,多措并举,定向施策,精准发力,大力加强农村中小学教师队伍建设,确保城乡教育真正实现一体化发展,让广大适龄儿童都能公平接受教育,仍然是我国未来农村教育发展的关键。
The key to rural education lies in teachers. Since the reform and opening-up, especially since the 18 th CPC National Congress, Chinese government has given priority to the construction of teaching staff of primary and secondary schools in rural areas, which leads to great achievements in the construction of teaching staff of primary and secondary schools in rural areas. On the whole, however, there is an overall shortage of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas and the structure is not reasonable. In some areas, teachers have low pay, lack of training opportunities and lack of professional attraction. The problem still proves to be serious that teachers have no intention to go to rural areas, no ideas to stay there, and no good teaching results. Therefore, the key to the development of rural education in the future China is to further promote the construction of teaching staff of primary and secondary schools in rural areas. In order to achieve the goal, we have to take various measures, make accurate solutions to the problems, and realize integrative growth of urban and rural education and to make school-age children enjoy a fair chance to be educated.
