摘要
组织政治影响氛围是员工职业心理健康的重要影响因素,本文基于482个有效样本,探索员工结盟氛围感知、组织内信任对职场孤独感的影响问题。结果显示,员工结盟氛围感知对其职场孤独感有显著负向影响,并通过组织内信任间接影响职场孤独感;员工组织内信任对职场孤独感有显著负向影响;人格特质对职场孤独感有显著影响,其中,神经质特质对职场孤独感有显著正向影响,而严谨性、宜人性和外向性特质均对职场孤独感有显著负向影响。同时发现,神经质人格特质对员工组织内信任与职场孤独感之间关系有显著正向调节作用,开放性人格特质对两者之间关系有显著负向调节作用。
Organizational politic influence climate is an important environment factor that affects employees’ occupational health psychology. This paper explores the impact of employees’ perceived coalition formation climate and trust in organization on workplace loneliness based on 482 valid samples. The results show that employees’ perceived coalition formation climate has a significant negative impact on their workplace loneliness, and it indirectly affects workplace loneliness through the employees’ trust in organization. Employees’ trust in organization has a signi-cant negative impact on workplace loneliness. Personality traits have a signi?cant impact on workplace loneliness, in detail, neuroticism personality trait has a signi-cant positive impact on workplace loneliness, while conscientiousness, agreeableness and extraversion personality traits have a signi?cant negative impact on workplace loneliness. At the same time, it was found that neurotic personality trait significantly moderate the relationship between employees’ trust and workplace loneliness, and open personality trait has a signi?cant negative moderating effect on the relationship between them.
