摘要
[目的]探讨新国标中霍恩氏法与序贯法作为农药急性经口毒性方法的可靠性、可操作性以及2种方法的优缺点。[方法]分别采用霍恩氏法与序贯法(GB/T 15670—2017《农药登记毒理学试验方法》),测定4种农药制剂的急性经口半数致死剂量(LD50)和95%可信限,比较2种方法获得的急性毒性分级,分析其在农药急性毒性评价中的应用价值及其意义。[结果]霍恩氏法与序贯法所得毒性分级均一致,LD50与序贯法测相近,但霍恩氏法试验设计简单,剂量设计统一,试验周期短,节省人力和物力。[结论]新国标下霍恩氏法测定农药急性经口LD50具有明显优势,用于农药急性经口毒性检测具有广阔前景。
[Aims ] The aim was to explore the reliability and operability of Horn's method and sequential method in the new national standard as an acute oral toxicity method for pesticides, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods.[Methods ] The Horn′s method and sequential method (GB/T 15670-2017 " Toxicology Test Method for Pesticide Registration ") were used to determine the acute oral half-lethal dose (LD50) and 95% confidence limit of four pesticide formulations. The acute toxicity classifications obtained by the two methods were compared, and its application value and significance in the evaluation of acute toxicity of pesticides were analyzed.[Results ] Both the Horn's method and the sequential method obtained the same toxicity classification. The LD50 was similar to the sequential method, but the Horn's test was simple in design, uniform in dose design, short in test period, saving manpower and material resources.[Conclusion] Under the new national standard, Horn's method has obvious advantages in determining acute oral LD50 of pesticides, and it has wide prospects for the detection of acute oral toxicity of pesticides.
