桥头台背回填泡沫轻质土体积稳定性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过Toni恒温水化量热仪测试粉煤灰掺量对泡沫轻质土水化放热规律的影响。结果表明,泡沫与粉煤灰均未改变水泥浆的水化放热规律,但掺入后延长了诱导期和加速期,降低了水泥浆体水化速率、延迟放热峰值出现;泡沫会降低水化热传导效率,降低散热速率;PP纤维、粉煤灰和SAP均可有效降低泡沫轻质土自收缩,PP纤维和SAP效果显著;SAP可显著降低泡沫轻质土干燥收缩,粉煤灰掺量大于40%时,不利于抑制干缩收缩;内掺和夕卜喷涂硅油均可有效降低泡沫轻质土吸水率,但前者更显著。 The influence of fly ash content on the hydration and heat release of foaming lightweight soil was tested by Toni thermostatic calorimeter. The results show that both the foam and fly ash do not change the hydration law of the cement slurry, but after incorporation, the induction period and acceleration period are prolonged, and the hydration rate of the cement slurry and the peak of delayed heat release decrease. At the same time, the foam will reduce the heat transfer heat transfer efficiency and reduce the heat dissipation rate;PP fibers, fly ash and SAP can effectively reduce the auto-shrinkage of foaming lightweight soil, PP fiber and SAP effect is significant;SAP can significantly reduce the dry-shrinkage of foaming lightweight soil When the fly ash content is more than 40%, it is not conducive to suppress shrinkage and contraction;the inner blended and outer sprayed silicone oil can effectively reduce the water absorption of the foaming lightweight soil, but the former is more significant.
