摘要 测定低热硅酸盐水泥水化过程中的24 h电阻率变化和水化放热规律,对比传统硅酸盐水泥,分别从电学和热学角度分析低热硅酸盐水泥的早期水化行为特征,探讨电阻率法和水化热法在描述水泥水化过程中的差异。研究结果表明:低热硅酸盐水泥的电阻率发展规律不同于传统硅酸盐水泥,可将其水化过程划分为溶解期、诱导期、加速期、突变期和减速期5个阶段;电阻率法和水化热法均能独立表征水泥水化进程,电阻率法能够更好地描述低热硅酸盐水泥的早期水化行为。 The resistivity and hydration heat of low heat cement and traditional Portland cement in 24 h are measured to study their early hydration behavior. Difference between the resistivity method and the hydration heat method in the description of hydration process of cement is discussed. Research results show that: Resistivity of low heat cement is different from that of traditional Portland cement, which can be divided into 5 stages: dissolution period, induction period, acceleration period, mutation period and deceleration period; The hydration process can be independently characterized by resistivity and hydration heat, and the early hydration behavior of low heat cement can be described better by the resistivity.
