摘要
采用新型污泥黏滞特性测量装置检测了市政污泥干化过程黏滞特性的变化规律,采用黏性正应力、黏性切应力和结团应力表征污泥黏滞特性,并探讨了污泥含水率、CaO添加剂和温度的影响。实验结果表明:随着温度升高,污泥的黏性正应力、黏性切应力和结团应力均有明显降低,而添加CaO则会增大污泥的黏滞性。相比温度和CaO的影响,污泥含水率对黏滞性的影响最为显著。
The change laws of sticky properties of municipal sewage sludge were studied on a newly designed device,which were characterized by adhesive normal stress,adhesive shearing stress and cohesive stress. The effects of moisture content,CaO addition and temperature were analyzed. The results indicated that with the increase of temperature,adhesive normal stress,adhesive shearing stress and cohesive stress all decreased obviously. However,sludge stickiness was increased by CaO addition. Compared with temperature and CaO,the moisture content of sewage sludge showed the most significant influence on sludge stickiness.
