摘要
随着社会经济的发展和人们生活水平的普遍提高,健康产业已成为全球热点。目前大健康产业已经发展成为全球最大产业之一,年支出总额占GWP(世界国内生产总值)总额约1/10。中国健康产业发展迎来政治、社会、健康、经济等因素机遇,同时也迎来法律法规缺失或者不健全、行政主体不到位、国民传统观念根深蒂固、医疗技术分级不够等挑战。基于市场分析,文章从顶层设计、原则、内容、人才培养、评价体系等方面介绍了中国健康产业发展战略与策略。
With the development of social economy and the general improvement of people’s living standards,the health industry has become a global hot spot.At present,the great health industry has developed into one of the largest industries in the world,accounting for about 1/10 of the total GWP(world gross domestic product).The development of China’s health industry thus embraces political,social,health,economic and other opportunities.At the same time,it also faces challenges such as incomplete laws and regulations,out-of-place administrative subjects,deep-rooted traditional concepts of the public,and inadequate medical technology classification.Based on market analysis,the article introduces the development strategy and policy of China’s health industry from the aspects of top-level design,principle,content,talent training,and evaluation system.
