摘要
目的:对我院2017年中药饮片处方的合理性进行分析,旨在探讨合理应用中药饮片处方的主要方式。方法:回顾性分析所在医院2017年度门诊及住院中药饮片处方,对其合理性进行判断并分析。结果:2017年度门诊中药饮片处方不合理情况比较严重,在每月抽取的处方中,有66%～100%的处方存在不合理现象;与此同时,12个月内住院中药饮片也存在较多的不合理现象,其中处方未按照君、臣、佐、使的顺序排列,未标注药物调剂、煎煮等特殊要求,处方煎服方法书写不规范所占的比例较高。结论:中药饮片处方开具存在很多不合理之处,包括门诊及住院患者,应对此类问题加以关注,并采取必要的措施进行整改。
Objective: To analyze the rationality of Chinese herbal medicine prescription in our hospital in 2017, to explore the rational use of Chinese herbal decoction prescriptions of the main ways. Methods: Retrospective analysis of the outpatient and inpatient Chinese herbal decoction prescriptions in 2017 in our hospital, to judge its rationality. Results: The irrational prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicines in the outpatient department in 2017 were serious. In the prescriptions taken every month, 66%~ 100% of them were irrational. Except for June and July, there was no significant difference between each month(P>0.05);at the same time, there were many irrational phenomena in the Chinese herbal medicines in hospital within12 months. For example, the proportion of prescriptions not in accordance with the order of monarch, minister, assistant and envoy, not marked with drug dispensing, Decoction and other special requirements, prescription decoction method writing is not standardized. Conclusion: There are many unreasonable points in prescribing Chinese herbal decoction pieces, including outpatients and inpatients. We should pay attention to these problems and take necessary measures to rectify them.
