摘要
目的为了解中医及中西医结合诊治大肠癌的现状。方法检索2008年1月—2018年1月在知网、万方数据库等发表的运用中医药方法治疗大肠癌的文献,按照纳入标准和排除标准对此次检索到的345篇文献严格的筛选,最终检索得到中医及中西医结合治疗大肠癌的治疗文献共44篇,名老中医治疗大肠癌经验文献共12篇。通过文献统计方法,对筛选出的文献中的中医证候、中医治法、方剂选择、中药运用等进行统计分析。结果运用中医药诊治大肠癌,无论是中医证候、中医治法、方剂选择、中药运用等方面众说纷纭。结论说明大肠癌的中医治疗方面尚未能统一标准、形成规范。
Objective In order to understand the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated Chinese and western medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods Retrieval of January 2008 to January 2018 published in CNKI and Wanfang database of using the method of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer was carried out.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the retrieved 345 articles were strict screening,and finally we retrieved 44 articles of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer and 12 articles of named old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer.By the method of documentary statistics,the screening of the literature of TCM syndrome,choice of treatment,prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese traditional medicine by using statistical analysis,such as the purpose to understand the status quo of TCM and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of colorectal cancer.Results The results showed that the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer by traditional Chinese medicine are controversial in TCM syndromes,TCM treatment methods,prescription selection and application of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion it indicates that there is no uniform standard and standard in TCM treatment of colorectal cancer.
