摘要
企业技术创新离不开金融体系的支持。利用中国2005—2015年A股市场上市公司的经验数据,从金融规模和金融结构两个方面分析金融发展对企业技术创新的作用,并进一步检验这种作用是否受到地区经济发展水平、企业所有权性质的影响。研究结论为:1.金融发展,无论是金融规模扩张还是金融市场竞争程度提高均对企业技术创新产生显著的促进作用;2.金融发展对东部地区企业技术创新的促进作用大于西部地区;3.金融发展对民营企业技术创新的促进作用高于国有企业。
Corporate technological innovation has become highly dependent on the support of financial system.Based on the empirical data of listed companies in Chinese A-share market from 2005 to 2015,this paper analyzes the influence of financial development on corporate technological innovation from two aspects of financial scale and financial structure,and further tests whether this influence is affected by the level of regional economic development and the nature of corporate ownership.The empirical results show that financial development,whether financial scale or financial structure,has a significant promotion effect on corporate technological innovation.Financial development in the eastern region plays a greater role in promoting corporate technological innovation than in the western region.Financial development plays a greater role in promoting technological innovation of private enterprises than state-owned enterprises.
