摘要
应用散热仿真软件FLoTHERM对风冷散热器散热性能进行了仿真计算,并结合试验数据进行了对比分析,研究了冷却风速、齿片密度和高度等参数对风冷散热器散热性能的影响。
The radiator simulation software FLoTHERM is used to make the simulation calculation of the radiating performance of air-cooled radiator. In combination with the test data, comp arison and analysis are conducted, the effects of such parameters as cooling speed, density and height of radiator teeth on radiating performance of the air-cooled radiator are researched.
