摘要
康菲漏油事件的发生对海洋生态环境造成了严重破坏,海上溢油污染问题也成为社会关注的焦点。本文综述了国内外海上溢油的现状以及应急处置技术的发展,结合中国石油海上溢油应急实际,为我国海上溢油应急技术发展提供参考。
The occurrence of the ConocoPhillips oil spill has caused serious damage to the marine ecological environment and announced public attention. This paper summarized marine oil spill events, the technologies of emergency disposal, and some new technologies for Chinese marine oil spill emergency.
