摘要
针对高海拔地区主变压器冷却器在低负载率、低环境温度下常年连续工频运行、投入组数不合理等因素造成冷却器能耗大的问题,基于主变压器油温变化的冷却器智能优化控制技术,提出冷却容量自动匹配控制策略,改造主变压器冷却器变频控制装置,实现主变压器冷却器节能、经济运行。
Against the large cooler energy consumption result by factors such as low load rate of main transformer cooler, continous operation of power frequency at low ambitent temperature , unreasonable number of cooler group in operation and others, an automatic matching strategy of the cooler capacity is proposed based on intelligent optimization cooler control technology adapt to oil temperature change of the main transformer, and is applied to improve the frequency conversion control device of the cooler for energy saving and economical operation of the cooler.
