摘要
本文首先对藏东南水能资源量和水电开发现状进行了归纳分析,在充分估计未来开发背景和各类影响因素的基础上,对藏东南水能资源开发潜力进行了预测。认为藏东南水能资源的开发将对"西电东送"工程起到支撑所用,同时对电源地区和受电地区经济社会的持续发展具有战略意义。
This paper analyzes the status of South-east Tibetan hydro-power resources development, and provides a projection of hydro-power potential in these regions on the basis of hydro resources evaluation. The finding of the research is： the development of South-east Tibetan hydro-power could contribute substantially to the ＂Transporting western power Eastward＂ Project in the future, and has strategic significance for the economy sustainable development in both power supplying region and power utilization region.
