越南抱茎茶油脂主要脂肪酸组分测定 被引量:1

摘要 为了开发越南抱茎茶(Camellia amplexicaulis)资源,运用GC-MS对其油脂主要脂肪酸组成进行分析,并与普通油茶(C.oleifera)进行比较。结果表明,越南抱茎茶油脂中,饱和酸的含量较高,与不饱和酸的比例接近1∶1,棕榈酸达到43.81%~45.23%,与普通油茶油脂差异较大。在油茶籽油生产中,不能将两者混在一起,以免影响油茶籽油的品质。 In order to develop the resources of Camellia amplexicaulis,the main fatty acids composition of oils were analyzed by GC-MS,and compared with C. oleifera oil. Results showed that the content of saturated acid in C. amplexicaulis oil was higher. The ratio of saturated acid to unsaturated acid was 1 to 1,and palmitic acid reached 43.81% to 45.23%,which was quite different with C. oleifera. Therefore,in the production of camellia oil,the two should not be mixed together to avoid affecting the camellia oil quality.
