摘要
目的探讨健康教育在老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折护理中的应用效果。方法选取延安大学附属医院骨科2016年3月至2017年5月收治的60例骨质疏松性髋部骨折老年患者为研究对象,采用问卷调查方式对患者含钙饮食、骨折诱发因素、运动锻炼情况等进行调查,根据调查结果给予合理健康教育。比较健康教育前、后患者合理膳食、运动锻炼情况、对骨质疏松相关知识了解情况及生活质量,并分析患者对健康教育的满意度。结果健康教育后的合理膳食、运动锻炼情况均优于健康教育前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康教育后,患者的补钙时间知晓率、雌激素替代治疗知晓率均明显高于健康教育前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康教育后,患者PF、RP、BP、GH、VT、SF、RE、MH评分均显著高于健康教育前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者对健康教育的满意度为88.33%。结论健康教育可促使骨质疏松性髋部骨折老年患者养成良好生活习惯,提高患者对骨质疏松相关知识的认知程度,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of health education in nursing of osteoporotic hip fracture in the elderly patients. Methods Sixty elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture admitted in the orthopaedics department of Yan’an University Affiliated Hospital from March 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects. Questionnaires were used to investigate the patients’ diet containing calcium, fracture inducing factors, exercise and so on, and reasonable health education was given according to the results of the questionnaires. The reasonable diets, exercise, know conditions of the related knowledge of osteoporosis and quality of life were compared before and after health education. The patients’ satisfaction with health education was analyzed. Results After health education, the conditions of reasonable diets and exercise were better than those before health education(P<0.05). After health education, the awareness rates of calcium supplementation time and estrogen replacement therapy were significantly higher than those before health education(P<0.05).After health education, the scores of PF, RP, BP, GH, VT, SF, RE and MH of patients were significantly higher than those before health education(P <0.05). The patients’ satisfaction with health education was 88.33%. Conclusion Health education can promote elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture to develop good habits, and enhance patients’ awareness of the related knowledge of osteoporosis and improve the patients’ quality of life.
