摘要
以148名河西学院学前教育专业本科实习生为问卷调查对象,了解其教育实习中对职业道德现状的认识.调查发现,学生提到幼儿园存在诸多违反职业道德的行为,如身体伤害、言语伤害、冷落性伤害、恶意伤害等行为,相应地在幼儿园职业道德建设方面提出诸多合理可取的建议,如政府支持与监督、家园良性互动、重视幼儿园工作环境建设等.文章通过分析这些认识,对幼儿园职业道德建设提出了一些参考建议,如重视发挥幼儿园主体性、营造幼儿园和谐文化环境等.
148 undergraduate interns from College of Preschool Education in Hexi University were selected as questionnaires to understand their cognition of the status quo of professional ethics in educational practice. It is found that students say that some behaviors that violate professional ethics really exist in kindergartens,such as physical in-jury,verbal injury,indifferent injury,etc.,and that students correspondingly put forward many reasonable sugges-tions for the construction of kindergarten professional ethics,such as government support and supervision,benign in-teraction between family and kindergarten,and emphasis on the construction of kindergarten work environment. Based on the analysis on the cognitions,some reference suggestions for improving kindergarten teachers’professional ethic-sare put forward,such as paying attention to the kindergarten’s subjectivity,creating aharmonious cultural environ-ment of the kindergartens.
