摘要
随着社会经济发展、生活节奏加快以及移动互联网普及,大学生们日益感到困惑:时间都去哪了?本研究通过问卷调查法、访谈法和文献查阅法等方法对九江学院大学生碎片化时间管理进行调查,了解其碎片化时间管理在性别、年级、户籍、专业和学历等方面存在差异与问题;采用寻根溯源和多方位分析法帮助大学生查找原因,进而提出优化大学生碎片化时间管理策略,让大学生走出碎片化时间管理困惑,提高学习效率。
With the socio-economic development, accelerated pace of life and the popularity of the mobile Internet, college students are increasingly confused: where is the time? This study investigated the fragmentation time management of college students in Jiujiang University by means of questionnaire, interview and literature review. It finds out the differences of fragmentation time management in gender, grade, household and so on. There are also differences and problems in major and academic background. This paper uses root tracing and multi-directional analysis to help college students find out the reasons, and then puts forward the strategy of optimizing the fragmentation time management of college students so that they can get out of the confusion and improve the learning efficiency.
