摘要
目的:探讨首发Tourette综合征(TS)患者静息态功能磁共振(fMRI)脑低频振幅比率(fALFF)特征。方法:对16例首发TS患儿(TS组)进行fMRI扫描;计算0.01~0.1 Hz频段fALFF值,并与性别、年龄等相匹配的正常对照者(对照组,16人)比较。结果:TS组fALFF值在左侧梭状回(t=4.36,P<0.05)、右侧壳核(t=3.81,P<0.05)脑区明显强于对照组;左侧额下回三角部(t=-6.13,P<0.05)、右侧额中回(t=-4.35,P<0.05)、左侧额上回(t=-4.51,P<0.05)、左侧枕中回(t=-6.13,P<0.05)、左侧罗兰迪克岛盖(t=-4.58,P<0.05)、右侧罗兰迪克岛盖(t=-4.28,P<0.05)脑区明显弱于对照组。结论:首发TS患者存在多部位脑功能活动的异常。
Objective: To explore the characteristics of low frequency amplitude ratio(fALFF)of resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) in first-episode patients with Tourette syndrome(TS). Method: Sixteen TS patients(TS group) were scanned with static functional magnetic resonance(fMRI);The fALFF values in the 0.01 to 0.1 Hz band were calculated.The results were compared with 16 gender and age matched normal controls(control group). Results: In the TS group,the values of fALFF significantly increased in left fusiform gyrus( t=4.36,P <0.05),right putamen( t=3.81,P <0.05).In addition,the values of fALFF significantly decreased in left pars triangularis of gyrus frontalis inferior( t=-6.13,P <0.05),right middle frontal gyrus( t=-4.35,P <0.05),left superior frontal gyrus( t=-4.51,P <0.05),left middle occipital gyrus( t=-6.13,P <0.05),left rolandic operculum ( t=-4.58,P <0.05)and right rolandic operculum( t=-4.28 ,P <0.05). Conclusion: The first-episode TS patients have multiple-site brain dysfunction.
