摘要
目的探讨参松养心胶囊应用于慢性心功能不全合并室性早搏对患者心功能的影响,并对治疗效果进行观察,以期为慢性心功能不全合并室性早搏患者的临床治疗提供理论参考。方法选择2016年1月至2018年3月本院收治的慢性心功能不全合并室性早搏患者共164例,按照患者入院接受治疗的时间将其随机均分成两组,每组82例。对照组患者接受标准抗心力衰竭药物治疗,观察组则在对照组患者的治疗基础上加用参松养心胶囊治疗。连续治疗3个月,比较两组患者心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)]、室性早搏数及血浆N末端脑钠肽原(NT-proBNP)变化,评价两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果治疗3个月后,两组患者LVEF均较治疗前升高,室性早搏数及NT-proBNP值均较治疗前减小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中观察组LVEF明显高于对照组,室性早搏数和NT-proBNP值均明显小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者临床总有效率(92.68%)明显高于对照组(71.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊可以有效改善慢性心功能不全合并室性早搏患者心功能、缓解疾病进程、降低患者室性早搏次数,疗效显著,在临床上的应用价值高。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shen Song Yang Xin Capsule on the cardiac function of patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency combined with ventricular premature beats, and to observe the therapeutic effect. Methods A total of 164 patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency complicated with ventricular premature beats admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, 82 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received standard anti-heart failure medication, while the observation group received Shen Song Yang Xin Capsule on the basis of treatment in the control group. After 3 months of continuous treatment, the changes of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), ventricular premature beat rate and plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) levels were compared between the two groups. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was evaluated. Results After 3 months of treatment, the LVEF of the two groups was higher than that before treatment, the number of ventricular premature beats and NT-proBNP of the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). The LVEF of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the ventricular premature beat rate and NT-proBNP value of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference were statistically significant (P< 0.05). After treatment, the total clinical effective rate (92.68%) of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.(71.95%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Shen Song Yang Xin Capsule can effectively improve the heart function, relieve the disease process and reduce the number of ventricular premature beats in patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency combined with ventricular premature beats.
