摘要
物料衡算是高镍三元前驱体制备过程中必不可少的过程,同时也是设备选型分析和工艺设计、优化的基础。以生产10 kt Ni_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)(OH)_2前驱体为例,采用冶金平衡计算法则,对前驱体生产过程中原材料的用量以及各工序主要产品的产量与损失进行了计算。生产过程中,需要六水硫酸镍24 429 t、七水硫酸钴3 219 t、一水硫酸锰1 876 t、氢氧化钠9 619 t、浓氨水3 150 m^3、纯水96 981 t。
Material balance is an indispensable process in the preparation of Ni-rich ternary precursor. It is also the basis of equipment selection, process design and optimization.In this paper, taking the production of 10 kt of Ni0.8Co0.1Mn0.1(OH)2 precursor as an example, the amount of raw materials used in the production of precursor and the output and loss of each process were calculated by using metallurgical balance calculation rule.In the production process, 24 429 tons of nickel sulfate hexahydrate, 3 219 tons of cobalt sulfate heptahydrate, 1 876 tons of manganese sulfate monohydrate, 9 619 tons of sodium hydroxide, 3 150 m3 of concentrated ammonia water and 96 981 tons of pure water are needed.
