三元正极材料前驱体碱浸影响因素 被引量:1

Factors of alkali leaching for ternary cathode material precursors

摘要 采用三因素四水平正交法,研究温度、加碱比例和时间因素对碱浸的影响。最优碱浸工艺条件为温度80℃,加碱比例为3%,时间为60 min。在此优水平下,三元前驱体硫酸根含量为0.24%~0.27%。将该条件下的前驱体与碳酸锂混合煅烧,制得LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2。在4.25~3.00 V下,0.2 C首次放电比容量为149.7 m Ah/g,第100次循环的容量保持率为94.19%,2.0 C倍率放电比容量为0.2 C时的82.1%。 Effects of temperature,alkali ratio and time on the alkali leaching were studied through the orthogonal test of three factors and four levels. The optimal technological conditions of alkali leaching was temperature of 80 ℃,alkaline proportion of 3%,the time of 90 min. The sulfate content of the ternary precursor was 0. 24% ~ 0. 27% under the optimal conditions. The precursor prepared under this conditions was mixing and calcining with lithium carbonate to prepare LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2. When chargeddischarged in 4. 25 ~ 3. 00 V with the current of 0. 2 C,the initial specific discharge capacity was 149. 7 m Ah / g,the capacity retention was 94. 19% at the 100 cycle,the specific discharge capacity at 2. 0 C was 82. 1% of 0. 2 C one.
