摘要
为适应多数矿区地面条件的编组需求和运输任务,改进CR240E矿用自卸车液压转向系统。基于液压转向系统、全液压动力转向设计原理,选型液压柱塞泵、转向蓄能器、转向/制动阀块、转向器、流量放大器和转向执行元件等部件的技术参数。设计系统,并研究系统整体工作原理。一是系统能根据方向盘的旋转方向和旋转角度,自动进行液压转向油路的控制和调节;二是系统实现了矿车直行、左转、右转和外力迫动转向等功能;三是在转向系统的主要元件中,流量放大器是对系统进行自动控制和调节的关键部件,其利用小流量液压油控制先导阀动作,使得主油路液压油通过流量放大阀进入转向油缸,转向油缸伸缩变化,作用于矿用自卸车电动轮,完成系统的各种转向动作。特别在紧急情况下,转向蓄能器既能作为应急动力源,为转向系统提供应急动力液压油,也能作为液压油盛放容器,吸收外力迫动转向时油路中多出的液压油,缓冲转向系统中油液压力的骤变,提升转向系统的安全性和可靠性。
The hydraulic steering system of CR240E mining truck is improved to meet the requirements of marshaling and transportation in most mining areas.Based on the design principle of hydraulic steering system and full hydraulic power steering,the technological paramenters of components including hydraulic plunger pump,steering accumulator,steering/braking valve block,steering gear,flow amplifier and steering actuator are selected.Designed is the system and studied is the overall working principle of the system.Firstly,the system can automatically control and adjust the hydraulic steering oil circuit according to the rotating direction and angle of the steering wheel;secondly,the system realizes the functions of straight line,left turn,right turn and forced steering of the mining truck;thirdly,in the main components of the steering system,the flow amplifier is the key component for the automatic control and regulation of the system,which uses small flow liquid to control the action of pilot valve,making the hydraulic oil of the main oil path enter the steering cylinder through the flow amplifier valve.The steering cylinder changes the expansion,acts on the electric wheel of the mining truck,and completes various steering actions of the system.Especially in emergencies,steering accumulator cannot only serve as the emergency power supply to provide emergency power hydraulic oil for the steering system,but also serve as the hydraulic oil container to absorb the excess hydraulic oil in the oil pipeline in the forced steering case by external force,which cushions the sudden change of the hydraulic pressure in the steering system and improve the safety and reliability of the steering system.
