摘要
肝主疏泄是中医肝藏象理论的主要生理功能之一。现代研究证实单胺类神经递质参与调控机体的精神情志活动,近年来有关“肝主疏泄”的内在机制研究有以单胺类神经递质为切入点,并取得了一些研究进展,本文将从“肝主疏泄”与单胺类神经递质的理论概述、“肝主疏泄”与单胺类神经递质相关性的实验研究以及临床研究三个方面,对近年来有关“肝主疏泄”内在机制研究中与单胺类神经递质相关性的研究进行综述,希望为今后深入研究“肝主疏泄”的内在机制提供帮助。
“Liver governing free flow of qi ” is one of the major physiological functions in the liver visceral manifestation theory of TCM. Modern researches confirm that monoamine neurotransmitters participate in the regulation of the body’s mental and emotional activities. In recent years, many researches about the intrinsic mechanism of “liver governing free flow of qi ” have taken monoamine neurotransmitters as a starting point, and some research progress has been made. This paper summarized the theoretical overview of “liver governing free flow of qi ” and monoamine neurotransmitters, the experimental and clinical study of the relationship between “liver governing free flow of qi ” and monoamine neurotransmitters. From these three aspects, we reviewed the research on the relationship between monoamine neurotransmitters and “liver governing free flow of qi ” in recent years, hoping to offer help for further research into the intrinsic mechanism of “liver governing free flow of qi ”.
