摘要
文中通过构建第三方物流企业成长与投资不足的系统动力学模型,针对丹阳飓风物流有限公司的信息化建设水平和客服人员服务能力无法跟上企业发展速度的问题,在不考虑企业业务能力水平的条件下,通过模型对飓风物流公司进行仿真、检验,并根据仿真模拟结果,探讨第三方物流企业在成长时应采取的策略。最终实现将信息技术与人工服务相结合,提升服务效率与降低服务成本。
This paper constructs a system dynamics model of the growth and underinvestment of the third party logistics enterprises,aiming at the problem that the informatization construction level and the service ability of customer service personnel of Danyang Hurricane Logistics Co.,Ltd.can not keep up with the development speed of enterprises,without considering the level of business ability of enterprises,simulates and tests the hurricane logistics company through the model,and concludes the simulation results according to the simulation results.As a result,this paper explores the strategies that third-party logistics enterprises should adopt when they grow up.Finally,it will combine information technology with manual service,improve service efficiency and reduce service cost.
