摘要
现代企业在发展的道路上,表现出服务质量的缺陷越来越明显,企业接收到的关于服务质量的投诉也与日俱增。我国现有公司在快速成长时,也必须去改善公司相应的服务质量。通过研究并分析现公司的服务质量,并建立可行的适合顺丰速运服务相关的质量评价体系,能够体现出很好的现实意义。通过评价顺丰速运服务质量,以此改善公司的服务水准,有助于企业提高顾客的对于企业的黏性以及信任,并且还能够增强顺丰公司的核心竞争力。
With the development of modern enterprises,the defects of service quality are more and more important,and the complaints about service received by enterprises are increased day by day.It not only shows that Chinese companies grows in fast rapid,but also is urgent to improve the corresponding service quality.Therefore,through the research and analysis of service quality of company,and the establishment of a feasible logistics service related quality evaluation system suitable for Shunfeng company,can reflect a good practical significance.By evaluating the service quality of Shunfeng company and improving the service level of the company,it will help the enterprise to improve the customer loyalty,and enhance the core competitiveness of Shunfeng logistics company.
