摘要
针对一起66kV避雷器故障,进行了避雷器整体外观及本体解体检查,并结合保护动作波形及故障录波数据进行故障原因分析,认为中性点非有效系统中持续间歇单相接地,引起不稳定的弧光电压,并通过消弧线圈中性点叠加在非故障相上,造成非故障相电压高于线电压,长时间频繁过电压使得避雷器吸收了大于其耐受能力的热容量而导致热崩击穿。最后针对此次故障对电气设备的运行及维护提出建议及故障防范措施。
Aiming at the fault of the 66 kV surge arrester,lightning arrester overall appearance and disintegration of ontology,and combining the waveform of protection operation and fault wave record data to analyze the cause of the problem,it is concluded that neutral non-effective system of continuous intermittent single-phase grounding,cause unstable arc voltage,and through the arc suppression coil neutral superimposed on the fault phase,due to the fault phase voltage higher than the line voltage,long frequent overvoltage makes the lightning arrester absorbing the heat capacity greater than the tolerance ability to thermal avalanche breakdown.Corresponding prevention and suggestions for electrical equipments are put forward.
