摘要 滚动轴承的健康状况对于旋转机械的安全运行至关重要,如何准确把握其状态,一直以来众说纷纭,本文通过案例分析的方法提出了如何通过频谱分析来确定轴承故障所处的阶段,文中所提方法已在实践中得到检验,效果较好。 The health of rolling bearings is very important for the safe operation of rotating machinery. How to accurately grasp its state has been widely discussed. This paper proposes how to determine the stage of bearing fault by spectrum analysis through the case analysis method. The method has been tested in practice and the effect is better.
