摘要
振动摆碾压加工技术是将振动技术引入摆动碾压成形中,具有成形力小、成形效率和成形精度高等特点,可以降低材料变形时所需的外力,还能大幅度提高产品成形质量。为了了解振动摆动碾压力的效果,在现有振动摆动碾压设备的基础上,设计了振动摆碾力检测系统,通过该系统实现对振动摆碾力的实时检测及振动摆碾的控制。根据检测要求,分析振动摆碾力检测系统的组成,选择合适的测力传感元件,设计传感器信号调理电路、A/D转换电路和串口数据传送电路,并通过按键控制振动摆检测系统中的振动频率及工作进给,选择单片机作为下位机采集摆碾力数据,经过通信电路把数据传送到上位机。
Vibration pendulum rolling processing technology is the technology into the swing vibration rolling forming,has low forming force,the fabrication efficiency and high precision,can reduce the deformation of the material required for the external force,but also greatly improve the product forming quality. In order to understand the vibration swing grinding pressure effect,the existing oscillating roller device based on the design of vibration,swinging grinding force detection system,through the system to achieve the vibration swing grinding force detection and real-time vibration swinging grinding control. According to testing requirements,analysis the vibration swing grinding force detection system,select the appropriate force measuring sensing element,design of sensor signal conditioning circuit,A/D conversion circuit and a serial data transmission circuit,through the key to control the vibration swing in the measurement system of vibration frequency and feed,select single chip microcomputer as the next-bit machine acquisition swinging grinding force data,through the communication circuit transmits data to PC.
