摘要
目的分析并探讨品管圈在妇科腹腔手术管理中的应用与效果。方法将2016年3月—2017年4月入该院进行妇科腹腔镜手术治疗的100例患者采用随机分组法分为观察组与对照组,分别给予不同管理干预,观察组患者实施品管圈管理干预,仅给予对照组患者常规护理方式,相关治疗后比较两组患者满意度及恢复情况。结果各项数据显示观察组患者在治疗后满意度(98%)及肛门排气时间(16.42±5.41)、进食流质时间(9.23±2.12)、下床活动时间(16.44±5.24)、住院时间(3.23±1.14)等恢复情况均优于对照组患者74%、(24.14±8.48)、(15.74±5.82)、(26.77±8.84)、(6.66±2.23),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论研究表明品管圈在妇科腹腔镜手术管理中有效应用将进一步帮助患者术后恢复,同时还能有效降低并发症发生率,值得广泛应用。
Objective To analyze and discuss the application and effect of quality control circle in the management of gynecological abdominal surgery. Methods 100 patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery from March2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Different management interventions were given. The patients in the observation group were managed by quality control circle intervention, only the control group patients were given routine care, and the satisfaction and recovery of the two groups were compared after the relevant treatment.Results The data showed that the patients in the observation group had satisfactory satisfaction after treatment(98%) and anal exhaust time(16.42±5.41), fluid intake time(9.23±2.12), time of getting out of bed(16.44±5.24), hospitalization time of(3.23±1.14) was better than that of the control group 74%,(24.14±8.48),(15.74±5.82),(26.77±8.84),(6.66±2.23), and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The study shows that the effective application of the quality control circle in the management of gynecological laparoscopic surgery will further help patients recover after surgery, and at the same time effectively reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of wide application.
