摘要
目的探讨应用品管圈活动对降低分娩后尿潴留发生率的应用效果。方法由8名护理人员组成一个品管圈活动小组,确定降低阴道分娩后尿潴留发生率为活动主题,对活动前阴道分娩尿潴留发生率较高的原因进行统计分析并制定整改措施。结果品管圈活动后出现尿潴留情况(6%)与品管圈活动前出现尿潴留情况(18%)相比明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);施行品管圈活动后,医护人员的手法运用、解决问题能力、沟通协调、团队凝聚力、责任和信心均有了明显的提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用品管圈活动在降低阴道分娩后尿潴留发生率的效果显著,安全可靠,值得推广。
Objective To study the application effect of quality control circle（QCC） activity on the decreasing of urinary retention incidence after vaginal delivery. Methods To make a QCC activity group with 8 nursing staff,to confirm the decreasing on urinary retention incidence as the activity theme,to make statistical analysis of the causes of higher urinary retention incidence after vaginal delivery before the QCC activity and to formulate reform measure. Results The situation of urinary retention after the QCC activity（6%） was obviously lower than which before QCC activity（18%）,the differences was statically significant（P〈0.05）.Medical staffs＇ praxes of technique, problemsolving ability,communication and coordination,team agglomeration, responsibility and confidence after the QCC activity were obviously higher than which before QCC activity,the differences were statically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion QCC activity on decreasing of urinary retention incidence after vaginal delivery has significantly application effect,is safe and reliable,is worthy of popularization.
