摘要
介绍了丰东公司生产的FBQ1500缓冷型箱式多用炉,检测了炉子的性能。结果表明,炉子的技术特性为:①炉温为830℃时的均匀性为+6.2～-6.0℃,890℃时为+6.5～-6.6℃;②炉温为920℃时的炉壁温度≤55℃;③炉温为920℃时工件装炉后在2 h内恢复到920℃;④炉温为920℃、碳势为1. 1%C和0.85%C时定碳结果为1.08%C和0.87%C。
FBQ1500 slow-cooling box multi-purpose furnace has been made in Fengdong Thermal Technology Co., Ltd.. Form the detected results it was seen that the furnace exhibited following technical data:①temperature difference of +6. 2 to -6. 0 ℃ at 830 ℃, and +6. 5 to -6. 6 ℃ at 890 ℃;②fumace wall temperatures up to 55 ℃ at furnace temperature of 920 ℃;③temperature returning to normal in a length of time of 2 h after loading at 920 ℃;(4)carbon levels of carbon determination test piece of 1.08% and 0.87% at carbon potentials of 1.1% C and 0. 85% at furnace temperature of 920 ℃.
