摘要
采用室温、 500℃、 650℃、 800℃的装炉温度,以及1 160℃、 1 180℃、 1 200℃、 1 220℃的加热温度,对不同加热工艺下大壁厚X80M管线钢的力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,装炉温度和加热温度对大壁厚X80M管线钢的拉伸和冲击性能影响不大,但随着装炉温度的升高,落锤性能降低,装炉温度为800℃时,落锤性能明显恶化;室温装炉,加热温度为1 180℃时,落锤性能最优,断口剪切面积为91.5%,而加热温度超过1 200℃时,落锤性能已不能满足要求。
Mechanical properties of X80M pipeline steel with large wall thickness under different heating processes were studied by applying the charging temperatures of room temperature, 500℃,650℃ and 800℃,and the heating temperatures of 1160℃,1180℃,1200℃ and 1 220℃.The results show that the charging temperature and heating temperature have slight effect on the tensile and impact properties of X80M pipeline steel with large wall thickness,but with the increase of charging temperature,the DWTT performance decreases.The DWTT performance deteriorates obviously when the charging temperature is 800℃.The DWTT performance is the best and the shear area of the fracture reaches 91.5% when charged at room temperature and heated at 1 180℃,and when the heating temperature exceeds 1200℃,the DWTT performance cannot meet the requirements.
