摘要
通过对近几届国际管道大会有关论文的研读,结合我国管线钢管技术发展的实际情况,对当前管线钢管技术若干热点问题进行了分析和总结。详细分析了输气管道断裂控制技术,电阻焊管的完整性管理、质量改进及管道选材, X80高强度焊管的应用等情况,并给出了今后我国管线钢管技术发展方面的建议,指出我国虽然在输气管道延性断裂控制的理论和实践方面取得了重大进展,但在管道脆性断裂控制方面的研究才刚刚起步,还需要加强;在CO2输送管道止裂韧性预测方面急需开展相关研究;应开展HFW焊管质量的企业协作研究,提高对HFW焊接机理的认识和质量控制水平。
Through the study of relevant papers of recent International Pipeline Conferences,combined with the actual situation of China’s pipeline steel pipe technology development,some hot issues of current pipeline steel pipe technology are analyzed and summarized.The gas pipeline fracture control technology,the integrity management of the electric resistance welded pipe,the quality improvement and the material selection of the pipe,and the application of the X80 high-strength welded pipe are analyzed in detail,and the suggestions on the technical aspects of pipeline steel pipes in China in the future are put forward.The author proposes to strengthen the research on the brittle fracture control of pipelines and actively carry out related research on the prediction of crack arrest toughness of CO2 pipelines.At the same time,carry out enterprise collaborative research on HFW welded pipe quality to improve the understanding and quality control level of HFW welding mechanism.
