摘要
目的:探讨氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物引发药品不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)的特点,为其临床应用提供参考。方法:收集2012—2017年河南中医药大学第一附属医院上报国家ADR监测系统的106例氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物致ADR报告,进行统计、分析。结果:106例氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物致ADR报告中,男性患者40例,女性患者65例,1例报告中患者性别不详,女性患者居多;患者年龄20~96岁,其中≥60岁的老年患者居多(42例,占39.62%);涉及4种氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物,其中左氧氟沙星引发的ADR病例数最多,为94例(占88.68%)。106例ADR共累及器官和(或)系统139例次,主要累及皮肤及其附件(46例次,占33.09%)。结论:氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物引发ADR与多种因素相关,临床用药时应全方位监控,以减少ADR的发生,确保用药安全。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR) induced by fluoroquinolones, and provide reference for its clinical application. METHODS: Reports of 106 cases ofADR induced by fluoroquinolones reported to the National ADR Monitoring System by the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2012 to 2017 was collected for statistical analysis. RESULTS: Among the 106 cases of ADR induced by fluoroquinolones, 40 cases were male and 65 cases were female. The gender of 1 case was unknown, and most of the patients were female. The patients were aged from 20 to 96 years old, and most of them were aged ≥60 years old(42 cases, 39.62%). Four kinds of fluoroquinolones were involved, among which the number of ADR cases induced by levofloxacin was the highest, accounting for 94 cases(88.68%). Totally 106 cases of ADR involved 139 case-times of organs and(or) systems, mainly for the skin and its attachments(46 case-times,33.09%). CONCLUSIONS: Fluoroquinolones inducing ADR is associated with a variety of factors, which should be monitored from all aspects of clinical medication so as to reduce the incidence of ADR and ensure medication safety.
