摘要
翻转课堂是新时代背景下的新型教学模式,其颠覆了传统教学,顺应了社会发展的需要,有利于高校对创新型人才的培养。该教学方法在"烹调工艺学"课程中应用,能够激起学生学习的兴趣、提升教师授课的效率,实现理论与实践结合的教学目的。提出了传统"烹调工艺学"课程教学中存在的问题,并根据翻转课堂对此课程的优势机遇进行分析,给予了合理化改革建议,以期能为"烹调工艺学"的教学革新提供参考。
Flipping classroom is a new teaching mode under the background of a new era. It subverts traditional teaching,conforms to the needs of social development,and is conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities. The teaching method is applied in the Chinese Cooking Technology course,which can stimulate students' interest in learning,improve the efficiency of teaching,and realize the teaching purpose of combining theory with practice. This paper put forward the problems existing in the teaching of traditional Chinese Cooking Technology courses,and analyzed the advantages and opportunities of this course according to the flipping classroom,and gave rationalization reform suggestions,in order to provide reference for the teaching innovation of Chinese Cooking Technology.
