摘要 现阶段,采煤机变频器在使用中经常会发生各种故障,因此对采煤机变频器故障诊断系统设计过程中开始应用虚拟仪器技术,依靠Labview强大的软件功能,优化设计出更加完善的采煤机变频器故障诊断系统。本文主要介绍了这一故障诊断系统的软件设施和硬件设施具备的功能与价值,通过实验表明,该系统有着较高的安全性和实用性,希望在探讨采煤机变频器故障诊断系统设计及应用中,发挥一定的借鉴意义。 At present,various faults often occur in the using process of shearer frequency converter,so virtual instrument technology is used in the design process of shearer frequency converter fault diagnosis system,and a more perfect shearer frequency converter fault diagnosis system is optimally designed by relying on the powerful software function of Labview.This paper mainly introduces the function and value of the software and hardware of the fault diagnosis system.The experiment shows that the system has high security and practicability,and we hope that it can play a certain reference role in discussing the design and application of the fault diagnosis system of shearer frequency converter.
