摘要
为了探讨生脉饮对荷斯坦青年母牛运输应激的影响,试验选取15头体重相近的荷斯坦青年母牛随机分成对照组、运输应激组和生脉饮处理组,每组5头牛,对照组牛不进行运输,运输应激组和生脉饮处理组进行3h的60km/h公路运输,生脉饮处理组牛给予120mL/(头·d)的生脉饮。采集所有试验牛的血样,测定相关生化指标,同时统计奶牛日增重和发病率。结果表明,生脉饮对运输应激荷斯坦青年母牛的恢复具有一定的作用,能够降低运输应激对其造成的影响。
In order to investigate the effects of Shengmaiyin on transport stress of Holstein young cows, totally 15 Holstein young cows with similar body weight were randomly divided into control group, transport stress group and Shengmaiyin treatment group. A does of 60mL/(head?d) Shengmaiyin were given in Shengmaiyin treatment group, and the transport stress group and Shengmaiyin treatment group were subjected 3h road transport at 60km/h. Blood samples were collected from all the experimental cows and the relevant biochemical indicators were determined, daily gain and incidence of the cows were also measured. Results showed that Shengmaiyin could reduce the adverse impact of transport stress in Holstein young cows.
