摘要
为保障全厂职工职业健康安全,城郊选煤厂通过用湿式除尘器代替袋式除尘器,用密封式缓冲床代替缓冲托辊,用螺旋式喷头代替实心喷头,用滚轴筛代替振动筛,运用通风换气扇代替自然通风,将电话亭改造成隔音间,在手选岗位加装隔音挡技术升级,采取轮岗制、巡岗制、兼岗制,职业卫生检查,职业危害监测、公示、警示,职业健康体检的管理提升方法,构建了城郊选煤厂职业健康安全管理体系。有效保护职工的身体健康,为生产一线营造和谐健康的工作环境。
In order to ensure the occupational health and safety of the staffs in the factory,the coal preparation plants of Chengjiao Coal Mine replaced the bag filter with the wet dust collector,replaced the buffer roller with the sealed buffer bed,replaced the solid nozzle with the spiral nozzle,replaced the vibrating screen with the roller screen and ventilation fan is used instead of the natural ventilation.The telephone booth has transformed in to a soundproof room and the soundproofing technology will be upgraded in the hand-selected position.What′s more,management improvement methods were carried out,such as rotation system,patrol system,part-time system,occupational health inspection,occupational hazard monitoring,publicity,warning,occupational health examination,to construct a health and safety management system which can protect the health of the staffs and create a harmonious and healthy working environment for the production line.
