三种国标方法在铜陵某苯酐生产企业职业健康风险评估中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的评估铜陵某苯酐生产企业工作场所化学有害因素职业健康风险,探讨三种职业健康风险评估方法的应用。方法收集铜陵某苯酐生产企业工作场所化学有害因素检测结果和职业卫生调查结果,应用接触比值法、接触指数法和综合指数法三种方法进行职业健康风险评估。结果氧化巡检岗位萘浓度达15.4 mg/m^3,苯酐包装和成品装车岗位苯酐浓度达0.19 mg/m^3,为职业健康中等风险岗位,三种方法之间的Kendall’Tb系数分别为0.632、0.447、0.707,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),一致性较好。结论三种方法能客观评估工作场所化学有害因素职业健康风险,应优先使用综合指数法,对指导企业采取控制职业危害措施,降低职业健康风险具有重要意义。 Objective To assess the occupational health risks of chemical hazards in the workplace of a phthalic anhydride production enterprise in Tongling, and to explore the application of three occupational health risk assessment Methods.Methods The results of chemical harmful factors and occupational health survey in a phthalic anhydride production enterprise in Tongling were collected. The occupational health risk assessment was carried out by three Methods:contact ratio method, contact index method and comprehensive index method.Results The concentration of naphthalene in oxidation inspection posts was 15.4 mg/m^3, and that in phthalic anhydride packaging and product loading posts was 0.19 mg/m^3, which was a middle-risk post of occupational health. The Kendall’Tb coefficients of the three methods were 0.632, 0.447 and 0.707, respectively. There was no significant difference(P> 0.05), and the consistency was good.Conclusion The three methods can objectively assess the occupational health risk of chemical hazards in the workplace, and the comprehensive index method should be given priority. It is of great significance to guide enterprises to take measures to control occupational hazards and reduce occupational health risks.
