摘要 往复式压缩机在天然气开采中使用较为广泛,发生故障的概率也相对较高,其中连杆断裂是一种较为严重和典型的故障,其原因分析起来也较为复杂。工程技术人员运用鱼骨图分析法,从机组设计、制造、安装、操作、环境及其他共6个环节,按照逐一排除的步骤展开分析并最终找出故障原因,提出初步的处理建议,从而为故障的排除和预防积累了经验。 Reciprocating compressor is widely used in natural gas exploitation,and its probability of failure is relatively high.The connecting rod fracture is serious and typical fault,and the root cause of failure is relatively complex.The fishbone diagram analysis method was used,according to the steps of elimination one by one,the analysis was performed from the unit design,manufacture,installation,operation,environment and others,and the cause of the failure was found out finally.The preliminary solution is put forward,thus the experience of troubleshooting and prevention is accumulated.
