摘要
某厂40万吨/年航煤加氢2HA/2往复式压缩机气阀与磨损类故障频发。本文对该压缩机进行了设计性热力及动力计算来校核压缩机设计选型是否合理;继而对装置改造工况改变后压缩机故障频发工况下的热力和动力性能进行核算,综合判断压缩机故障频发的根源所在,最后给出改进措施。
There used to be gas valves and abrasion faults of 2HA/2 reciprocating compressor in 400.000 ton per year Aviation Kerosene Hydrogenation Unit of a refinery.The design thermal and dynamic calculations were carried out for the compressor in this paper.Accordingly,whether there were correct design parameters and model choice.Then the thermal and dynamic calculations under recent frequent failures conditions are performed for the compressor.Fault diagnosis and improvement for the compressor which is in the rebuilt unit was judged finally.
