摘要
金属硅贸易过程中争议最大的是铁含量。金属硅的取样和制样过程对金属硅检测结果中铁元素含量影响较大,按照标准中规定的取样方法能够满足取样精密度的要求。不同的制样方法对检测结果中铁元素含量的影响较大,通过对制样过程的研究,得出了影响铁元素含量变化的原因,提出了最优的制样流程。
Iron content is the biggest controversy in silicon metal trading process. The process of sampling and sample preparation of silicon metal has a great effect on iron content in the results of silicon metal test. The sampling method could meet the requirement of precision of sampling according to the Standard Rules. Different sample preparation methods have a great influence on the iron content in the test results. Through study of sample preparation process, the reasons affecting iron content is obtained, and the optimal sample preparation process is put forward.
