摘要
介绍了我国硅钙合金在设备和技术方面的发展历程,提出了硅钙合金电炉技术改进的方向为减缓炉缸堆积技术。通过剖析硅钙合金的冶炼机理,并结合电炉的实际炉体解剖分析,得出了基于缓解炉缸堆积理念的大电炉供热条件的优化设计基础结论。列举了25.5 MVA硅钙电炉的设计参数,用于指导电炉设计。
Developing history on equipment and technique of China’s silicocalcium was introduced in the paper. The improving direction to slow down the accumulation of hearth of silicocalcium furnace was proposed. Combined with the actual furnace anatomy, the optimal design basis theory was got for large furnace by analysis of the smelting mechanism of silicocalcium. At last, the detailed parameters for 25.5 MVA silicocalcium furnace were provided for guiding the actual design.
