摘要 培养"双师型"教师一直是职业院校的重要目标。在实践中,各职业院校对"双师型"教师的培养往往缺乏理论指导。结合情境观的学习理论和校企合作的实践需要,提出建立教师学习共同体模型。该模型对成员在共同体中的发展和共同体的运作两个方面进行了阐述,并对学习共同体运行的保障条件进行了分析。 The double-certificated teacher is always an important goal of the teacher development program in vocational schools.However, in the practice, all vocational schools have different way to train their teachers, and the theoretical framework is usually absent in these teacher training project. This study combined the situated learning theory and the school-enterprise cooperation,and then it came up with a moddl of teacher learning community. The model discussed the development of members in the community and the opearation of the community, and analyzed the guarantee conditions of the operation of the learning community.
