摘要
内尔·诺丁斯提出教育关怀理论最基础的关系是"关心型"师生关系,它能提升特殊学生的生命体验,有助其自我成长,促进师生结成亲密关系,对融合教育具有重要意义。梳理当前特殊教育教师与学生之间建立的"关心型"师生关系发现,普遍存在三重困境:教师自身特质与专业素养影响其持续、主动关心;学生在回应关心行为上反应不足或延迟;师生关系质量难以考究和评价。
Noddings proposed that the most fundamental of education caring theory is the caring relationship between teachers and students,which can improve the life experience of disabilities students,help them grow up,and promote the close relationship between teachers and students. It’s of great significance for the integration of education. This paper sort out the triple dilemma of establishing the caring relationship between teachers and students in special education: Teachers ’ own characteristics and professional qualities influence their continuous and active caring;disabilities students do not respond adequately or delay in responding to caring;the quality of teacher-student relationship is difficult to evaluate. On this basis,it provides reference for the application of care theory in special education and the development of inclusion education.
